PACE (Professional Athlete Centre of Excellence) is a high-performance athletics training program dedicated to developing young talent and preparing elite athletes for national and international competitions. Our mission is clear—Olympic 2036. Through a Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) program, we nurture athletes from a young age, equipping them with the skills, discipline, and mindset required to compete at the highest levels, including the 2036 and 2040 Olympics.

What is Selection Criteria?
After registration, athletes are required to participate in sport-specific trials. Each sport’s governing body establishes qualification standards, which may include performance in international competitions, ranking points, and results from national trials. National Olympic Committees (NOCs) then select athletes based on these standards, ensuring they meet the qualification requirements set by the International Federation (IF) for their respective sport.
